• 対象スタートアップ

  ① 環境・エネルギー、② ライフサイエンス・ヘルスケア、③ 次世代オフィス ④モビリティ ⑤子育て・教育などの領域で、東京都内のオフィス・商業施設・公共機関などで技術やサービスの実証実験・実装をしたいスタートアップ。そして、下記要件を具備しているスタートアップであること

  【適格要件】

  1. 東京都内において事業展開を行っていること、又は行おうとしていること
  2. 創業後原則20年以内であること
  3. 次のいずれにも該当しないこと
     1. 破産手続開始の決定を受けて復権を得ない者
     2. 暴力団員による不当な行為の防止等に関する法律（平成3年法律第77号）第32条第1項各号に掲げる者
     3. 民法第90条に定める公序良俗に反しない事業及び企業体であること
  4. 提案内容の速やかな実現のため適当な事業者であり、かつ必要な技術・ 知見等を有していること

  【その他要件】

  1. 円滑かつ効果的な事業遂行のために、十分な推進体制が確保できていること。また、スマートサービス実装促進事業者等関係者との密な連携体制を確保していること
  2. 本事業の趣旨を理解し、本年度・来年度の2年間にわたり意欲的かつ継続的に事業遂行に取り組む姿勢を示していること

• CICが実施するプログラムの支援内容

  ※下記内容は採択スタートアップのステージや、サービスの成熟度等により変動

  ①資金面での支援

  • 実装にかかる諸経費の一部を支援
  • 実装における研究開発費の一部を支援（既存のサービス・技術に追加で必要な場合）

  ②実装に際するプロジェクトマネジメント支援

  • 実装に伴うタイムライン策定、要件定義等を支援
  • スタートアップ、基盤提供者、その他協業パートナーを含めた定例会議の運営

  ③ネットワーク・PR観点での支援

  • 知見・設備を保有するメンターの個別紹介 最大5回/社まで（国内外）
  • 基盤提供者や協業パートナーとなりうる企業とのマッチング（交流会）の実施
  • サービス実装における対外的なPRの支援

  ④CIC Tokyo オフィスへのアクセス付与

Application Requirements

Be Smart Tokyo CIC Program

・Eligible startups

Startups that wish to proceed with PoC’s (Proof of Concept) or implement their technologies and services in offices, commercial facilities, and public institutions in Tokyo in the areas of (1) Environment and energy, (2) Life science and healthcare, (3) Next-generation offices, (4) Mobility, and (5) Childcare and education.

Startups must also meet the following requirements.

【Eligibility Requirements】

1. Have a business presence in Tokyo, or planning to do so

2. Must have been in business for less than 20 years at least

3. None of the following apply

   **a.**Has received a decision of commencement of bankruptcy proceedings and has not had his/her rights restored

   **b.**Listed in each item of Article 32, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members (Act No. 77 of 1991)

   **c.**Businesses and business entities that do not offend public order and morals as stipulated in Article 90 of the Civil Code

4. Be an appropriate business entity for the prompt realization of the contents of the proposal and possess the necessary technology, knowledge, etc.

【Other Requirements】

1. The applicant must have sufficient structure within their organization to support the smooth and effective implementation of the project. The applicant must also have a system for close collaboration with related parties, such as smart service implementation promotion business operating team.
2. Demonstrate an understanding of the purpose of the project and a willingness to work on the implementation of the project enthusiastically and continuously over the two-year period from this fiscal year to the next.

・CIC’s program support

The following contents vary depending on the stage of the selected startups and the maturity of their services.

① Financial Support

• Partial support for implementation costs
• Partial support for research and development costs for implementation (if additional to existing services/technologies are required)

② Project management support for implementation

• Support for timeline development, requirement definition, etc. for implementation
• Management of regular meetings including startups, infrastructure providers, and other collaborative partners

③ Support in terms of networking and PR

• Individually introduced to mentors who possess knowledge and facilities Up to 5 times/company (domestic and overseas)
• Matching (exchange meetings) with infrastructure providers and potential collaborative partners
• Support for external PR in service implementation
